About Me: Thank you for visiting my website. On these pages you will find an archive of my favourite illustration projects, a range of preliminary drawings, and a selection of recent paintings.
I have enjoyed collaborating with a broad range of clients from my studio based in the North West of England, encompassing editorial, design, advertising and publishing commissions. I also worked as a visiting lecturer on the illustration degree courses at UCLAN, Stockport and Coleg Menai.
Having worked digitally for many years, I recently switched back to using physical media, exploring fresh subjects and using traditional painting techniques outside of my usual commercial practice. This change in direction has proven fruitful and has created an opportunity to explore a variety of new themes - pop culture, haunted gardens, old toys, dreams, the UK coastline and other surreal flights of fancy.
Outside of the studio, there are many things in this world that bring me joy - my family, music & records, cacti, giant bugs, vinyl & tin toys, mid-century design, cinema, Godzilla, Universal monsters, cycling, running, chocolate and lots of coffee.
